With my background in food, nutrition and science (wrote a recipe book dedicated to my passion for sweet things, have a Masters in Clinical Research for Human Nutrition, and a PhD in neuropsychiatry), I started this newsletter to empower individuals to live fully through the most delicious food experiences, science-backed wellness, and an unapologetically authentic approach to self-care. I’ve been through the ringer with biohacking experiments, and want to show people that you can have the most delicious food experiences, alongside optimised health. In other words, you can have your cake and eat it too.

I shifted my old blog to here, in order to more personally and efficiently deliver my eclectic mix of curated anecdotes and recipes. Aside from being a foodie, I am a huge advocate of gut health and how it influences physical and mental health, and I wouldn’t be talking as excitedly about food if I didn’t understand the importance of the gut.

Your gut health being the cornerstone of both physical and mental health led me to start Mibio in an effort to educate people on how best to optimise the gut-brain connection. Although that is on pause, I currently sponsor brands in line with my message, am working on providing 1-1, bespoke consultation services to people who want to optimise their health through practical lifestyle tips and choosing the right probiotics.
